Hotel Parador Cancun

The staff was amicable, the room was air conditioned, everything was very good. We were impressed by the continental breakfast, especially the quality of cereals and toast.

Loved my really great stay on a room on a lower level. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

Not clean bathroom, and the breakfast was really poor.

Characterful base for one night in Cancun.

Located in the fairly nice zone, it was a reasonable base for short stay. The breakfast had lots of options, cereals and toast.

The place was cheap and fairly clean. It was in a central setting close to center.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Clean hotel, loved to be so close to the bus station and good restaurants and palapas park and the bus terminal thanks to magnificent location. The breakfast was cheap with lots of food, including cereal and toast.

Popular hotel, surprisingly quiet location and opulent rooms. Our room had a comfy bed and a stunning view. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like el pescado ciego that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We appreciated staff and location, every detail was provided. Everything was perfect as expected, even so the bathroom was disgusting. Lots of food at breakfast, such as toast and cereal.

The staff were dedicated and the room was uniquely decorated. Commercial hotel in a very popular area of Cancun. Also, main attraction such as Ferry was 2 miles from this property.

stuff was decent, location gorgeous, bed incredible. local selection at breakfast including coffee, pastries, tea, yoghourt and scrambled eggs. we enjoyed the proximity to the shops and the markets in cancun. efficient service during our luxurious stay.

Great value for money. Nicely presented hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was active. Our room was impeccable and unique, besides, the bed was lovely. Lots of savoury breakfast options. Disco bar and incredible pool.

Everything was amazing, this hotel had modernly furnished rooms and its breakfast was PERFECT. There were climate control, WiFi and satellite TV in the room, loved that. Staff were ready to help and always experienced. Thoughtful service during our stay too. Location was super, 12 miles to Isla Mujeres airport, perfectly reachable.

it was a good stay. rooms were perfectly clean, attentive service, unbeatable location. exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control and tv with cable channels in the room. the food was so good, had lots of options. very clean pool too.

The breakfast was sensational with bangers, cereals, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon, the bed was neat. Thanks to really helpful staff the entire hotel was tidy: D

The location is top, the hotel is refurbished and the staff are really kind. Decent service provided there too.

A simple interior of the room. I dined minutes from the hotel at La Habichuela Downtown.

All in all, I spend my time really good. Pool was clean too.

Wifi was very poor.

Here we stayed close to gran puerto. Good location to Isla Mujeres airport, just 20 minutes by car...

The only thing missing was wifi.
